Artist's Comments

- "Even if it isn't broken, Ivanogga can always fix it."

As always I feel a bit clueless when trying to apply color, light and shadows so any comments on how I could improve are greatly appreciated.

Artrage 2.5 and Wacom tablet.

=D I like Ivanogga! She's like my grandma! Except i'd die if i saw my grandma in that outfit, cause shes like... yeah.

But this is very good in my eyes. Your lighting is very good and its full of emotion CX And your style of doing so rocks XD

Thanks for the comment. Let's just hope your grandma doesn't read this :D

So ferry tale... I love it... the lighting and shadows are great and of course back lights.... I think if you use more contrast and two or three layers of shadows it can make your works more professional... specially on night views...

Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitively try experimenting with more layers for shadows.

This picture, while very strange, is a great work. This picture, with it's very detailed, Dr. Seuss-ish feel, and it's very correct placement of shadows and highlights could easily be mistaken for a picture in a slightly disturbed but real children's book.

The character designs are unique and look in no way related to any other; a complete original work. The expressions on the characters are believable, and show everything that has occurred, without a stitch of text. There is such an extreme of detail in the background that one might be convinced this took months to complete.

Overall, good work, extremely believable and kinda disturbing.
